OFFICE PICKUP

We are pleased to offer office pick up of your order.
Our Office will communicate via email when to pick up your order at our office.

RETURNS

Returns and Exchanges will be honoured 14 days after delivery.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and with the original tags and packaging.

Return Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at shop@osu.ca prior to returning your item.

Exchanged items will be shipped back to the customer once the original item has been returned to the OSU Office

Returns and exchanges can also be done at the OSU office.

If a customer receives an item different than the one they ordered, or receives a damaged or defective item, we will pay for return shipping and will replace or refund the purchase. 

To claim your order you will need your Order receipt email.
